Because of the antioxidants, the doctors say you should have one glass of red wine each day. I heard this on the radio 2 days ago that because of one glass consumption each day by the vast majority in places such as France, they are the least likely to get certain cancers. France anyone??!!! lol

Reports have shown that white wine does the same as red and may be even better...Enjoy what you like the best, they're both good for you,in moderation....

The grapes that are used to make the red wine have anti-oxidants and also enzymes that lower cholesterol.

because of the antioxidants in the processing of the skin of red grapes.. But if you dont want alcohol.. drinking red grape juice is just as good..

yes but in very small amounts. it would only be good for you if you drink 4 ounces a day.
