reg clean by microsoft is scanning my registry and cleaning it up .
is it safe to run ??(it creates back up every time )

Yes, it is safe to run. All it does is go through and look for information or links in the registry that are no longer needed - usually because the programs they belong to have been deleted from your PC. It removes all that from the registry so it can run faster.

Just to be safe, it makes a backup of the registry files before it runs. That way if it does mess things up, you can restore it from the backup.

You may also want to try Ccleaner from download.com. Another free registry cleaner, it also cleans up temp files, internet files, and other things that help to keep your PC run fast.

yeah its good it will clean U R registry by removing unwanted files from U R registry and helping U R computer to run fast it will take a back up of all the data before cleaning the registry

regclean is not a reliable utility, try disk cleanup instead and run a full anti virus scan on the system, if you find anything delete it. if you want Xp to be on its optimum performance, be careful on what you download and install and even on what you click on.

yeah...its gud enuf 4 XP...no problem thr...see the CCleaner too...but try da webrrot software...its d best in terms of all these...u just dnt hav2 worry
