i have been eating junk all week

If you want me to find out about what a friend did, I can do that. But, its not a pretty thing. Basically theres a little list of stuff you can eat for a month, and you have to drink this really nasty drink. The only problem is, she didn't really gain alot of energy.

Now, what I do. This is going to sound nerdy or whatever, but, I play ddr (Dance Dance Revolution.) from when I get home till when I sleep. It makes you a little sore, and sleepy. But the next day you have alot of energy and feel awesome. I do it for about 3 hours a day. And regardless of what people think, its an awesome work out. Ive lost 30 pounds doing that. Though, you can't eat alot of bad food, like candy an stuff. Also, drink alot of water when exercising regardless of the exercise. It helps to lose weight and detox.

Now, cut certain things from your diet. Anything thats Soda, aka coke cola, Pepsi, etc. Not only do they make you gain weight, but they damage things. Mocha's are also a good idea to cut, if you drink them. The large ones have around 1000 calories, depending on the place, company, etc. Another big one is, don't eat fast food. That is worse for you then soda or mochas. Ive experienced it myself, but, the more I eat, the less energy I have, the more I hurt, the more weight I gain, but thats pretty much known now. It may be hard to break, but thats because of the mass MSG in the food. Its as addicting if not more then coffee. But, it does alot more damage then coffee.

So, stay away from fast food, soda, and if possible, mocha's. Not coffee, but the mochas because of the milk and all the other stuff. And stay away from MSG, mono sodium Glutamate. That is in alot of things now, canned food, chips, fast food...just watch those, and you'll gain energy, and even if you don't exercise, you will start to lose weight. But, the more you exercise, the more you'll lose weight.

If you don't have ddr, I would run or jog for a couple hours. When you get back, you'll be tired, but after a while you'll actually get more energy, and feel better.
