I need to find out how to put 2 pictures together to make one. Either side by side, or one above the other. Is there a free download or a program I can use to do this?

Sure. I have recently bought a program that does it. I will send that message along with the other stuff for you.

Its simple. Just use paint. Open a new file in paint and copy paste both the images siide by side and save them as jpg, if you need to put them on the web. For more serious formatting, editing, Adobe Photoshop is recommended. You have to buy Photoshop and the newest versions can be expensive.

You should be able to do that in MS Paint (Start->Programs->Accessories) - open the one picture, drag your canvas large enough to accomodate the other, and use edit->paste from.

If you want a more powerful image editor that is also free, download the GIMP. It is basically a open-source version of Photoshop.
