in a few months i will need to fix my roots. is there a way to bleach them myself or lighten my roots without having to go to the salon and spend a fortune for a few inches of roots. i dont think regular blonde dye will help. any suggestions .thanks,,,,,,

They now sell touch up packets at your local stores... I think it's L'Oreals root touch up.. they work great... And its used for just the roots... Grocery Stores, Pharmacies and such sell them... if not, buy a bottle of die and section hair off and just do the roots.

It is very difficult to match a box haircolor to what your hairdresser has done. Also a hairdresser can blend in the new color to what you have. You can always try a box color, but it will not be the same as going to the salon and having it done. With hair, what you pay for is what you get. If you spend $10 on color, it can tend to look like a $10 color....
Good Luck!
