What is the nutritional value of crunchy peanut butter?

Depending on the brand it could be healthy or not. Check the ingredients and if you see anything hydrogenated stay away. They make all natural peanut butter. You can probably find it in your organic section at the grocery store. That would be the best thing to do since it would have only peanuts and natural ingredients.

Fat content is high, however so eat it in moderation.

Nothing wrong with eating the things we like. The problem comes when we can't stop until the box or bag is gone.

If I can't control myself when eating a food item that I really enjoy, I just don't buy again. Best of luck.

Good source of protein, but high in fat- unless you go for the low fat variety, which doesn't taste as good.
