Whats up with this guy?

There is this guy at my school that has a girlfriend, his actual girlfriend now is the best friend of his ex girfriend. I have only seen this guy around he doesn't know me and I don't know him. But every time he sees me he smiles and there has been two times that this guy has touched me in my back. But there was this one time when I had seen him with his girlfriend and when he saw me he hugged her more and kissed her. I seriously don't know whats up with this dude.

tell him that if he touch you one more time you gonna tell his girl or you gonna slap him in front of everyone.

Stay away from him. He already has a girlfriend.
