Do you mean that you want to change the website that opens automatically when you open IE?
That is called your home page. Open the internet options (tools menu) and enter the URL of the webpage you want to open there.

Try going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and sliding the bar either up or down, depending on if you want the site or not. I wasn't sure completely whether you're opening a site that says its unwanted, or if the site is opening by itself, or what is going on. If you need any more help, feel free to e-mail me.

Go to Control Panel and click on Internet Options,There is a Homepage written there is Address: www. ................. Change the previous and write any or click on Blank page to not open any site when Internet Explorer opens.
