could it be taco dip?
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 1 oz sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning of choice
whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy, blend in sour cream and seasoning. spread in a shallow dish, cookie sheet works if you don't have a big dish.
top with your favorite toppings.
I use:

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives and chopped green onions
hope this helps you!
