Long distance relationships can work if both people are commited to each other. A friend of mine fell in love with a girl from France. They dated for about five years, he was here in America and she was home in France. They saw each other about three times a year. Now they are married and he lives in France with her. Anything is possible if the love is there.

Are you talking Potosi Mo? If so you should not ask what you should do but rather - who you should do!! That would be me because I am not far from you!

I'm near St. Louis, maybe I can make you forget about him :)

On a more serious note, what are the real chances of making this work. If practical, then pursue the feelings. If not, then why not find a guy who is more geographically desirable.

you should both sit down and chat coming to a mutual decision about the situation. just the saying is long distance relationships do not last, one of you may need to make a dramatic change moving closer to your partner i hope it works out for you.
