Is there any type of program that will help me get a lab top computer. I am a college student with no money. Also is there a similar place that will help me with getting a car? Basically, are there any programs that help college students that are poor?

If there was, they would probably want you to know how to spell laptop.

Lab top? Once is a typo but twice means someone should not waste the money giving you an advanced device like a laptop computer.

Check with the computer services department of your school. Some sell surplus computers/equipment dirt cheap. If not, contact the school's purchasing department and ask if they know of any surplus computers that can be purchased. While you're talking to the Purchasing Dept. you can ask about surplus vehicles, but I doubt they will have any.

If your school doesn't have a surplus program, check with other neighboring colleges/universities to see if they sell surplus equipment.

I order from Refurb.com, they have good prices and you can get warrentys as well. My husband uses his laptop daily, and has had it over a year and it was under 300 a nd works great! Good Luck:)

These are a bit higher, but are nice!
