Your employer may post them on line at their web site if they are a very large company. Other wise you have a couple of choices: one; ask your employer to fax you a copy, second, call the IRS at (800)–829–1040 and ask them to send you a copy.
If you filed your income taxes for 2005 your preparer should have a copy or you can ask the IRS by using the form in the following link;

Some employers have their W-2's available online. Unless yours does, you can't get it online. You could get it from the employer, or from the IRS if you filed your 2005 taxes, but that wouldn't be immediate access.

You can't get your W-2 online, you have to ask your employer for another copy. They should be able to give you one pretty quick.

Don't think you can do it online. Call the IRS, they have a copy of it i assure you.

you can try the IRS website but I don't think you can just download it......they mailed mine to me when I requested it
