Ha.. I don't believe it would be intoxicated, but just the thought of the mosquito buzzing around mindlessly would be a funny sight lol. Can you imagine? FUI - Flying under the influence... ha!

Well, wasps can get drunk on alcohol fumes. But a mosquito wouldn't actually take that much blood. I think the blood alcohol level would have to be lethally high before the mozzie felt any effect.

Did you ever see the cartoon of the mosquito who is stuck in a guy's arm and is about to explode. Another mosquito is yelling, "Pull out! Pull out!"

It is not that likely only because the mosquito does not have a liver like humans do. There are other animals like dogs, cat and most mammals that would be affected by this, but not insects.
It would still be funny to see it, though.
