It sounds like her messenger has malware or a virus in it. Have her/him go get Ad Aware SE Personal

Make sure her virus protection is updated and turned on. If she does not have one then here are two good ones for her. Use only ONE though (along with the Ad Aware SE Personal)as two anti-virus's can conflict with each other.
