Lemon Jello Cake from the kitchen of Grandma Winchell (http://www.mit.edu/~bryn/Recipes/lemon_jello_cake.html)

Cake:

* 1 pkg D.S. Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
* 1 3oz pkg of Lemon Jello
* 3-4 eggs
* 3/4 cup salad oil

1. Mix dry jello with dry cake mix
2. Add 3/4 cup of water and 3-4 eggs
3. Beat for mi medium speed (30 sec)
4. Add 3/4 cup salad oil, beat 1 minute med. speed
5. Bake at 350F in 10x14x2 inch pan about 30 minutes

Glaze:

1. 1/3 cup lemon juice
2. grated peel of 1 lemon
3. 1 cup confectioner's sugar

Mix glaze ingredients, prick cake, drizzle on top.

well I think there are two ways to make a jello cake one way would to be take a cake pan and instead of putting cake batter put jello. then the second way to do it is take a cake pan and put cake batter in it so you make the structure of the cake like a normal cake then when its ready poke holes into the cake and fill the holes with jello (oh by the way for the first option put the jello in the fridge for about 20:00-30:00) or how ever long it needs

make your cake, then once its done take a toothpick and poke holes in it, put the jello inside the holes, place it in the refregirator for about 30 mins, then take cool whip and spread over top
