First of all, male or female? If it's female how about Gemini (It's a Siamese and Gemini is the sign of twins... Siamese Twins!!!) My Gem's full name is Gemini Ambinkka (Her middle name means Goddess of Destruction!) If it's a boy, Taurus (With a Siamese in the house, you'll think it's a bull!) Good luck and congrats on your new baby!

How about Logsar. this is the Tibetan equivalent to our Christmas. That's the closest I can think of for an Oriental cat Also in the Tibetan temples Siamese cats were sacred and used for guard purposes.

If you fancy a Japanese sounding name for your kitten why not have a browse of this site - there's a pronounciation guide & meanings:
http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Estates/6913/japan.htm
The meanings are explained in relation to cats - I particularly liked O-Wata-Tsumi for a fish loving, manabout town, boy & Amaterasu for a sunshine loving, jeweled collar wearing girl.

There's also links on the bottom of the page to a load of other cat names too. The Egyptian ones are quite good:

Hapi (suitable for a fat boy cat who loves his food) & Anukis (for a playful & affectionate girl cat)

The site is well worth a visit

Finally, what about Sushi, Ninoo, Ming, Mia or Chow?

well the girl that lives next door to me has a beaver called "needy" and it`s soooo cute and hairy in the winter but in the summer it sheds its hair and is completely bald and boy does it like having it`s belly rubbed or wot! i know it`s not a siamese cat but i do hope that helped.

well what would help is if you put some details like if its a boy or girl.

but how about Silver or Faun, Sassy, Yum Yum(name of a Siamese in 'The Cat Who...' series) for a girl
and Koko(name of other cat in 'The Cat Who...' series) or some other name with repeating syllables. cats are more likly to respond to their names if they are repeating syllables
