I feel sad when I hear of any deaths. Even death that ended a
long hard illness or one that came in one's sleep after a very long life. I don't know why gender would provoke a different feeling from the other gender.

My feelings are decided by my relationship to that person throughout life, not whether they are male or female. I read about someone dying in the newspaper it does not have the same affect as when my mother died.
