The Eucharist is the Body and Blood of Christ and is only consecrated during the Mass by a priest.

The Eucharist is only at a Catholic Mass. Yes, I receive the Eucharist everytime at Mass unless I am with sin then, I refrain because it says those who eat or drink the Lords supper unworthily are subject to judgement.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll try to take it in earnest and assume good faith.

All food is not the Eucharist. Blessing food -- for example, by saying some form of prayer before or after partaking of it -- is not the same as what is believed to happen in Eastern Orthodox and Catholic churches.
