I have some glue and small roll of tape,also a new pair of scissors( quite sharpe)

I think it would be a bit small, but if you really want to, try this:

1. Hollow out the giraffe's body.
2. Shellac, caulk and seal the skin inside and out.
3.Attach the motor to the neck.
4. Attach sails to the legs.
5. When racing, have someone sit by the tail to balance the weight of the engine.

that is some anbitious project, you have going on there

I am most impressed .!!

i have not found anywhere, were basic materials included a giraffe,
However , i am sure with your enthusiasm

and your sharp pair of scissors, tape and glue ,and giraffe
( dead)
you will be able to build,
the ocean going yacht ,of your dreams !!

Yacht racing is such fun !

no unless you cheat and add more than dead giraffe he will not stay above water.not to mention decompose i am sorry to say with glue,tape and scissors a dead giraffe if it were ever alive not a pitcher of animal that is dead.in which case you could complete such a project.good luck in your project if you succeed i have a couple of elephants i have been trying to get rid of.
