Well then the risk free way to turn $1,000 is to change the money into $1 bills. Tear each $1 bill into 10 pieces. Then plant each piece into the ground. Don't forget to water them and put them in a sunny spot. You should start to see little money sproutlings, kind of like magic beans. Don't panic if nothing happens after three weeks as usually all the fun happens in the fourth week. Each dollar seed should grow into a brand new dollar bill. Occassionally, I get a rogue $20 in there - but only when I'm really lucky.

As a rule of thumb, anything that looks too good to be true usually is ... Careful of any internet scam promising returns that seem unusually high and claims that it's risk-free.High returns in the world of investments will ALWAYS be synonym of higher risk.Imagine if there were savings accounts giving 50%/year we'd all just put all our money there and nobody would take risks and the economy would collapse and nothing would get invented so no more jobs so all that money would be worthless...

Your local mall WOULD have one. I live in Florida and in the center of the mall there is a "currency exchange" that has different rates and the values of the different currency you can exchange with. *Florida Mall in Orlando* If you live in New York, "GRAND CENTRAL STATION" has a currency exchange right behind the center ticketing that you see in movies. I think, however, there are some banks that have "currency exchange" as well. I would pull out the local yellow pages or google "currency exchange" on google w/your city to find locations.
