Use "save as" option in file menu.But i think photoshop file can't be straightly saved as a word doc.Anyway i'm not sure try and all the best.

Open the file, Then go to the 'FILE' tab and click on 'SAVE AS', give name for the file, or keep the original name. then click on a small blue arrow below the place where you typed the name, to open a drag bar. Many options will be given. Click on 'WORD DOCUMENT' and save. But i dont think it is possible to convert a pdf file to a word document.

open that file in ABBYY fine reader then select the text by using tool box and send it to MS world by using sending option
