i had a baby 6 months ago.. and have lost all of my weight.. actually a little more.. and i am trying to find out what weight level is healthy for me. i weighed 121 when i got pregnant and was 151 when i had the baby and now weigh 116.. and i have been working out a lot lately and eating healthy but i am not sure how much more weight i should loose? and i don't want to look extremely thin. right now, i am kinda chunky.. i look good but weight is proportioned different after you have a baby.. so let me know what your opinions are.

According to the Body Mass Index (BMI) charts, "healthy weight" for a person of your height is anywhere between 97-123 lbs. Also, the chart lists "underweight" for your height at 92 lbs. and below.

Your weight sounds good at the moment. Just concentrate on toning up, I wouldn't go under 110lb anyway. HTH : )
