my age is 21 female, n my wight is 65, any way i want to b around 50 to 55 in a year, i dont like more salads n vagitables...pls suggest me some food which are low in sugar n in fats. bsides veg, is milk good.? 2 glass a day? n drinkin orang tang for anergy?(

Best thing is to read the label for sugar and fat content I started doing that in May this year it helped me a lot and yes I have lost weight.

diets don't work. Just eat well and exercise as much as you can fit into your time table reasonably. A good tip is to have a big glass of no - fat milk 5 minutes before each meal. This will make you feel full and is also very good for you. Choose food that is high in carbohydrates and avoid food with high fat. Read the nutrition information on the back of food before you buy it.

Are you saying at 21 you weigh 65 pounds!!!!!!! Put on weight NOW. You are *dangerously* underweight and are putting your life in danger. My 8 year old weighs 65 pounds! See a doctor quickly.

i think you r talking weight in stone right.... go to a diabetic web site for a diet. low carb is the way to go.... if you have HIGH blood sugar you should b loseing weight...you need to see a doctor and and english teacher. good luk!!

exercise and you wont have to worry so much about what you eat, Eat like a King for breakfast, a Prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner and dont eat 4-6 hours b4 you go to bed.

i think jogging or speedy walking a distance for 5 days a week beside your medication would be the best for you.
