basically 2 ways to see it if you believe in the bible
literally

which means that jesus should eventually comeback again

or

not literally

which would mean that the second coming of Jesus would be someone else who has the same spirit as Jesus

just like Jesus at his time was seen as a second Moses, or as a second Elijah

why bother. what will happen if he comes. dont bother, whatever is written in those books are mere heresay. they try to relate every thing to holy books - our prophecy has been proved right, this is said in so and so verse, now this will happen on a certain date and so on.

does it make any difference to the world, if jesus comes or does not come. life goes on as usual. you will be surprised that in today's world people dont have the patience to listen to anything. everything has become mechanical. so is religion. even those popes will not recognise jesus.

i agree with you that jesus is not coming back. are you happy? if yes, ask another good question. i will answer.

I'd want to know your source... did you takl with him about it... or make it up off the top of your head?

in any case it is not consistent with Daniel 7 quoted in the trial of Jesus by Himself where the son of man will come withthe clouds and be worshipped by peoples all over the world and be given an eternal kingdom

Thank you, Captain Obvious, Master of the Very F*cking Well Known.

I think that beats, "If you didn't talk to him, then how do you know? I haven't spoken to him either, but a book told me he was coming so I MUST be right!"
