Neither the earth nor humanity will end.
We are told in Ecclesiastes 1:4 that "the earth abideth forever." This is confirmed in Psalm 104:5.
God created the earth to be inhabited, according to Isaiah 45:18.
The earth will be inhabited by the meek, righteous persons; the wicked and those destroying the earth will be removed.- Matthew 5:5, Psalm 37:9-11, 29; Proverbs 2:21, 22; Revelation 11:18.

The world will eventually be swallowed up by the sun. But you have another 3 billion 'til that happens. Humans will hopefully move to other planets, but that outlook is not so good at this moment. Don't worry, there are plenty of other intelligent beings in the Universe to keep life going.

God has all the answers for that. Our rights and wrongs will be judged by Him alone. We do know that there will be End Times, but it's not the end of the earth. It will be an end to the evil on the earth with the Second Coming of Christ. Think of how glorious that will be. Read the Bible and see for yourself.
