Hello catweazle.. :)
You are correct, those that have any evil within their hearts..will not enter into Heaven..
Revelation 21
7 He that "OVERCOMETH" shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
The word hear is OVERCOMETH..if you are a believer in Christ..you over come the world..you no longer sin at all..We are to be perfect, even as our Father in Heaven is perfect..
Sadly I see so many times that Christians are not perfect, just forgiven..there is no scripture to back this up..yes, if we do commit a sin, then we can ask Jesus to forgive us..but if this is the case and we are already forgiven, then why would we have to confess this sin and ask for forgiveness..
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

There is some partial truth to what you just asked. There are a lot of people who think that just becuase they go to church, or say "God bless" that they will go to heaven. Heaven is secure for those who put their trust and accept Jesus Christ as their Messiah, their savior, their Lord. Doing that doesn't expempt us from having evil violent thoughts. When we do have these thoughts, those that have the Holy Spirit will be tortured endlessly until they make peace about it.

Read my friend, The Bible teaches voilence like none does, and sadistic too, verify and then comment.
"... Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabesh-gilead with the edge of the sword and; also the women and little ones.... every male and every woman that has lain with a male you shall utterly destroy." (Judges 21:10-12)
"This is what the Lord says: Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and *** .... And Saul ... utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword." (1 Samuel 15:3,7-8)
"The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to the ground, their women with child ripped open." (Hosea 13:16)
"A curse on him who is lax in doing the LORD's work!A curse on him who keeps his sword from bloodshed!" (Jeremiah 48:10)

It is possible for an evil person to turn to the Lord for help and change. I still think they're sentences should be carried out though for the crimes they commited.

People with evil, violent thoughts and actions...Satanists. Doesn't matter what they lie and say they are, they are Satanists. The Devil and his followers are first and foremost liars and masters of deception.
