In conversation, things that impress a girl are stuff that both of you know something about a film or something that makes you both laugh...

How a man dresses depends on where you are meeting, dressing for the occasion is best...

attitude and behaviour...politeness and always complimenting the girl, my boyfriend has a great thing of when he thinks hes going to let one rip (fart) he walks out the room before which i think is really sweet.

okay heres my take:
1- witty is always good; men with wit always win me over.
humor is another good quality to have while conversing;
it keeps things more relaxed and easy-going. compliments
never hurt anyone either; girls love to hear when you like
their clothing or how their hair looks. :]

2- it shouldnt matter how you dress. its all about whats on
the inside that counts. if a girl likes your personalilty, she will
learn to like the way you dress as well- no matter how.
[for the record, though, i cant say no to a guy in cute jeans
with layered shirts! haha.]

3- in terms of attitude and behavior;
confidence is an important quality to have, but not
cockiness -that is a HUGE turn off, in my eyes.
also, like mentioned before, humor is pretty important as well.
it makes anyone in any situation feel more at ease. immaturity
is definite no-no as well. girls want somene they can talk to
about everything and anything and someone that will take
them seriously when need be. Honesty is a must, for a
relationship of any kind. Trust make a huge impression on
me; and a very positive one at that. I'm sure most girls
share that phiosophy. Also, being spontaneous is very
attractive-- that, to me, makes a guy so much more attractive.
Phone calls out of the blue, unexpected hugs and unplanned
are always welcome. :]

4- girls love thoughful guys; guys that ask how their day was,
guys that wish them luck before they have a recital, guys
the ask how theyre feeling when theyre sick and tell them
they wish they feel better and guys that hold them in their
arms and tell everything is going to be okay when it seems
like things wil never be right again.

hope i was a help
to your cause! :]

honestly it depends on the girl but for me personally
1. i love intelligence and humor, girls love to laugh, so if you can make her laugh you are pretty much in. also don't talk about other girls or ex's thats basically a given.
2. dress wise, i think whatever looks good on you. i like clothes that fit a guy. not tight clothes (definitly not guys in girls pants) and not super baggy clothes that are falling off of you. i like a guy that looks casual and laid back.
3. attitude, confidence is always great, but don't be overly confident. be nice and show her that you are interested but don't be clingy or attached to her hip.
4. i really think being yourself impress's people most of all. so many people try so hard to impress someone that they aren't even yourself. so even if you get the girl or guy it doesn't matter because thats not the real you.

1. His conversation should be meaningful, funny, interesting(No dirty jokes or swear words!)
2. He should be presentable at all times; whether at work or at play.
3. He should have a positive attitude, always seeing the brighter side of things. Behaviour-wise, he should be polite, kind, considerate, tolerant but firm for what he believes in, non-smoker, not a drunkard, not a junkie (eeew!), and he should be faithful. Loyalty is a must. He should be a wise spender, and he should have moderate personal hygiene habits (like showering at least once a day, washing hands after using the loo, brushing teeth in the morning, after meals and before bed etc)
4. He should have good teeth and nice fingers and toes!
Whew! Guess you wouldn't want to date me!!!

Listen to her and don't hog the conversation with man things.
Depends where you are going. Dress as appropriate.
Be yourself, don't brag, ask her about her day or life or interests.
Be good mannered, never leave her alone to talk to someone else. If you meet a friend even for a few minutes, introduce her and say if she is your friend or girlfriend.
do not expect to get to bed or even a kiss. Let her lead you in this area.

He should at least be decent. Well, most women want smart guys. Smart guys are sexy. And, well, he shouldn't try to impress us that much. We like guys who can talk decently, who knows stuff about everything else besides how to get into the woman's pants. With attitude, oh please, not cocky guys or arrogant ones. Come on, guys who think they own the world or something. Just be yourself okay? Sometimes, we just like guys the way they are. Or maybe not, but don't worry too much about it.

In conversation don't talk with her like u would talk to your buddies, talk about common interests and listen when she talks, girls like that. Put the same effort into getting dressed as girls do, try to look clean and smell good. In terms of attitude showing respect in huge, use manners, treat her like a lady, show affection, and never ogle other girls when u are out with her. (that is one of the biggest turn offs for girls) Good Luck

By being yourself.

But these are added points.....if you can make her laugh, pay for the food when you're out, be a gentleman by opening doors and chairs for her, looking directly into her eyes during conversation and not on her boobs, saying goodnight and giving her a peck, not rushing to have sex with her unless she's ready, and by listening to her.
