I bought the TV at Wal Mart in Arkansas. I am not generally happy with it since Universal Remotes will not work with it. I have Cox DVR cable box.

You need to provide more information. Does it turn itself back on?
Bottom line is I don't think you are going to find an easy fix for it, most likely you will have to ship it to a service repair facility.

Now the cold truth - Most plasma TV's are very expensive to repair, and probably will cost the same as what you paid for it. Buying cheap is not always the best, next time stick with a namebrand plasma like Panasonic, Samsung, or Sony. It may cost a little bit more in the beginning but in the long run it will cost you less. There is nothing wrong with buying a cheap ILO tv, but stick with 19" system that you won't be upset with if it breaks (throw away tv)

I heard that WD40 works. i'd ask the producer or a television broker first. do not use petrol or any loved ones cleaners containing ammonia etc, they'll make the demonstrate turn yellow through the years. Plasma reflects scratch very honestly so do not use kitchen paper or tissues. Use demonstrate cleanser pads available at pc sellers extremely. really ,they might even take off the crayon. reliable good fortune!
