hi. i am a 19 year old female, and i have a lot of stretch marks on my upper arms, breasts, buttocks, and all around my hips. i have had them since i was 11. i was always very tall as a child. i am 5 feet, 4 inches, and i have been this height since i was 11 or 12 years old. plus, i was fat as a kid too, and i'm pretty sure my big height and weight gave me stretchmarks at such a yound age. the stretch marks are now white. i have recently been putting on vitamin E lotion and lotion with cocoa butter and shea every night after i shower, and i put on a generous amount. i know there is no cure for stretch marks, but i am trying anything possible, besides a tummy tuck, to help fade the stretch marks as much as possible. i put on the vitamin E lotion first, and then the cocoabutter and shea lotion. should i mix the two lotions together to make it more effective, or does it not matter how i put it on as long as i put it on? i've heard many people say that nothing made their stretch marks better, but i'm willing to try anything for even a little improvement. i also heard that massaging the stretch marks is what makes them better. my question is, what is it about massaging the stretch marks that makes it fade and makes the skin texture better? and how often should i do this? is there any specific technique i should to when i massage it? thanks. any advice is greatly appreicated.
