how do i make a complaint regarding a volunteer at a finiacal services place thats been taken money from me?

Simple enough..just call the financial institution's phone, and report them! Good luck

If in USA, I'd file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney General in that state, and in yours if you live elsewhere.

Contact the manager of the financial services place and give them his/her name and the details of how he/she has been taking money from you.
