Perhaps God is trying to warn you to seek his truth. The truth of God can be found in his word and that truth can be found in the Bible. I would suggest the New Testament. Please pray for understanding and pray through Jesus and God will reveal the truth to you.

I think it's interesting that you say PBUH for Muhammed after you had these dreams about Muhammed that weren't so peaceful. It may be that you are uncomfortable with your religion. It may be God (of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, father of Jesus, same as Allah) trying to tell you that this Islam thing isn't all it's cracked up to be, and that you need to explore. Try Christianity and Judaism, because they're the closest. For a great outline of the Christian faith, go to http://www.mcleanbible.org/pages/page.asp?page_id=1079 and also check out some of the sermons, etc. especially Lon's testimony. Good luck!

Funny.... seems like your subconscious is already telling you that Islam is a bad idea. Afterall... part of you objects to the idea of striking heathens in the face, regardless of how heretical they might be.

However smart he may have been, this Muhammed sure sounds like he was a violent fellow...

Do you really want to go that way?

If you want to continue worshipping Allah... then why not do it your own way... without the smacking-of-peoples-in-faces? Guaranteed the non-violent option will at least make you more popular with non-Muslims...
