Please read the following:
MATTHEW 5:19, MATTHEW 15:9, MATTHEW 19:17, MARK 10:19, LUKE 1:6, JOHN 14:15, JOHN 14:21, JOHN 15:10, 1CORINTHIANS 7:19, 1JOHN 2:3, 1JOHN 2:4, 1JOHN 3:22, 1JOHN 3:24, 1JOHN 5:2, 1JOHN 5:3, 2JOHN 1:6, REVELATION 14:12,
Why do christians still say that the commandments of God was abolished? Isnt christianity keeping Gods commandments, trusting and having the faith of Jesus?
REVELATION 22:14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Is this statement wrong?
...or are we deceived?
MATTHEW 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

For Christians, Jesus fulfilled the Law of Moses.
Christians are not held to the ceremonial parts of the Mosaic Law concerning of dietary purity and temple worship.
Christians are held to the moral law of God, some of which is expressed in the Ten Commandments.
However Jesus took the Ten Commandments to the next step summarizing them into the two Great Commandments:
+ You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.
+ You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
And teaching things like
+ Everyone who looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
+ Everyone is our neighbor including our enemies.
Therefore we have to go much farther than the original recipients of the Ten Commandments ever dreamed.
With love in Christ.

The Commandments of God are NOT abolished! People who believe this, are deceived. Christ came to show the world that they are NOT done away with, as some believe. He came to show that we are not following the law, when we follow the Commandments with our hearts. Those who follow the law, simply follow the law! If we are not following the Commandments "with our hearts", ( God knows our hearts) then we are just performing a ritual. That is NOT what God wants! God wants us to want to live the example that Christ showed us. Christ also summed up the 10 Commandments into two..."Love God" and Love your neighbor as yourself". If we did this, the world would be obeying God.

Gen 28:17 And he was amazed, and said, How awsome is this place! this is none other then the House of Yahweh, and this is the gateway to the Kingdom of Yahweh.
Deuteronomy 12:5-8--
5 But YOU ARE TO SEEK THE HABITATION OF YOUR FATHER; THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH--the place which Yahweh your Father shall choose out of all your tribes to establish His Name--and THERE YOU MUST GO.
ISAYAH 2:2-6
2. It will come to pass in the last days, that the mountain; promotion, of THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH will be established (CAUSING HIS NAME TO DWELL THERE) in the chief of the nations (THE UNITED STATES IS THE CHIEF OF THE NATIONS RIGHT NOW), and will be raised above all congregations; and all nations will eventually flow to it.
3. And many people will go and say; Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of the Father of Yaaqob, and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths. For the Law will depart from Zion, and the word of Yahweh will depart from Yerusalem.
4. He will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people; they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
I TIMOTHY 3:15
But if I am delayed, I write so that you may know the right and proper way to conduct yourself in THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH, who are the called out ones of the living Father, THE PILLAR AND GROUND OF THE TRUTH!

I am a spiritual Christian, and I do keep as many of His commandments as possible. However, they are kept only because He has changed my "want too's"and now I do not want too do those things any longer.I do not keep or even try to keep them myself, for that is trying to be self-righteous and that is dis-pleasing to God.But,I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.

no commandment of God can be abolished by man no matter who or what they say they are, anyone who promotes this heresy is not in communion with the Christian ethos, and is in serious error, they would be in conflict with the revealed truth and would be offending the Holy Spirit.
Jesus condensed the commandments to these, love God and secondly love your neighbour as yourself and in doing these you will not disobey the commandments of God.

I've asked this before and still got answers that are twisted to make it look right.I won't be surprised if Paul is quoted here to prove that they are not wrong.
And most ppl only refered to the ten commandments.Think they forgot that Jesus adhered to all th commandments not jus the "ten commmandments". I think that the early church tried to keep only the ten commandments coz they tort the others was unnecesaary and only for Jews.they like to say that the other commandments are only for Jews(lol). And guess wat? Jesus was a jew!

We only have to keep two commandments according to Jesus. He said to love the Lord your God with all of your heart soul and mind, and to love one another as I loved you.... these are the ones we keep, all of the rest of them fall within these two.
notice: LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE
