I have a mix for Jell-O, and a very nice metal mould. How do I go about preparing the mould, so that the shape will come out just as perfectly wobbly and shaped like the mould? Cling film? If so then how? Thanks!

Spray the inside of your mould with something like PAM - then pour in your jello. Let the jello congeal well. When you are ready to remove jello from the mould stick the bottom of the mould in a dish of warm water for a few seconds. Put a plate over the top of the mould - then turn over. It should come out of the mould easily after this.

I've never done it, but here is what I would try. Take a clean paper towel and drizzle some vegetable oil on it. Then, go over the entire interior of the mold leaving only a VERY thin layer of oil...enough to make it non-stick. I would NOT spray it using PAM or the like. It could leave too thick of a film of oil and the rresult would be an oily mess on the surface of the Jell-o. Good luck!

Lightly spray some cooking spray in your mold before putting jello in. Enough to coat the mold, but not so much that it puddles in the bottom. Make sure the jello is set thoroughly before serving. Place the serving dish on the mold first, then turn the mold over. Otherwise it will all fall out in a big, messy blob. If you use cling film, then when you turn it out on the serving platter, it will have lines all in it.

Just follow the directions on the box to the word. Put a little less water, that will make the jello firmer

just follow the directions on the jell-o package but instead of using cold water, use vodka or whatever type of alcohol you want to use.
