It just depends how you divide it up. Lets take an example. Even jackpots like the odd £125 million that have come up (they do not come up now, is that because they cap the winnings?) in the past can be divided without too much fuss by one winner if you have a good, flexible plan for whatever amount comes your way. I would donate £100 million between 100 charities (getting the public to vote on it - should be quite easy to get the message given the publicity you would get for winning in the first place, if you think you can try and remain anonymous after a big win I would say you are a little mistaken - the real world does not work like that) and divide the rest between family and friends. After all, £25 million, while still being large, is a lot easier than £125m. :D For EUR 44m I would perhaps donate EUR 20m to charity but choose the charities by myself and one or two others, and the rest to me, friends and family. I would operate a similar principle but react slightly differently in how I would do divide the money. No-one should win a large amount of money and expect to keep it for themselves, publicity or no publicity. That is just silly and selfish. Whatever would happen I would expect to remain with a personal share of £500,000-£1.2 million, even if I had won one of the £125m jackpots. It all depends on the amount you win, how you divide it up. That is all there is to it :) Now to go out and buy a ticket...:D

Not sure so i'm not sure this answer will be helpful but you can buy your tickets online! i do it for 8 weeks on the regular lottery and the euromillions too and then i don't have to worry about finding a shop on time!
