If only there was a Mantra to cope with the busy lives that we are leading! Sigh!
A busy life automatically means a lot of stress and tension. I could give you the basic simple steps for stress and tension management. The key to success is finding a technique that works best for you, so you may want to try several different methods.
Sleep
Get enough sleep, do not sleep too much or sleep too little. An average of 8 hours sleep is a must for anybody. Try to wake at about 6 in the morning.
Exercise
Regular exercise is one of the best ways to manage stress and tension. By exercise, I do not mean, pumping iron at the gym. Brisk walking for about 40 minutes a day is an ideal form of exercise.
Relaxation
Listen to your favourite soothing music, read a novel or watch a movie or do what you like doing for atleast 30 mins to 1 hour a day. Take the weekends off and get out of your house and go somewhere, this would give you a proper change of place and helps you to recharge your body's batteries. Always remember one rule: Time spent in relaxation is not time spent wasting. Being in the company of good friends is also another great way of relaxing.
Practise meditation, quiet reflection time, yoga, aromatherapy or massage
Stress Diary
Become aware of stress-inducing occurrences by writing down events that were stressful to you. This can help you to adopt effective coping strategies to manage the causes of stress in your life
Organisation and Prioritisation: Be Realistic!
Prioritise what you need to accomplish during the day and tick off each item as you finish them. Time management is a key step to keeping tabs on stress levels
Delegate!
Learn to delegate tasks and responsibilities at home and at work, and learn to say ‘No’
Stop Smoking, Limit Alcohol Consumption
Smoking might affect the ability of the coronary arteries to respond to stress.
Alcohol disturbs regular sleep patterns and disguises the cause of stress without eliminating them.
Lastly: Eat a proper well balanced diet.

Then it was, "C'mon kids - lets go get breakfast" 11. am i pregnant? You might be - but you may want to list this as a separate question on YA, giving details on how certain body parts ache, the last time you had sex, and all those lovely details - just like a lot of other women do.

only one thing ................ that is don't take tension of anything..
and ha.... do bit of exercise .... cause even physically u need to healthy n strong
