It could be a mite infestation, my dog had one go to the vets and they will give you something. All puppies can get this it shows in some but not all

A thirteen week old pup shouldn't have these types of problems. Take the dog to the vet asap. There are several different possibilities none of which we can answer for you on line. Only a good up close and personal check from a qualified vet can help your pet.

Parasitic Infection
Nerves
Diet deficiency

It could be follicular mange. We had a basset hound pup with this, and she went bald in patches. You need to get your pup to the vets as soon as possible.

I like the answer above, but also have to add that puppies are unusually susceptible to mange at that tender age.... Go to the VET!!! Good Luck , Jenny

Possibly demodectic mange- age is close. There are usually bumps also. Need a vet to diagnose and treat anyway. And it's genetic if so.

like another say go to vet to have it test for allergy/mites or flea allergy, commas in dogs cause it skin reaction in fur. if u got another dog or cat at home aswell test them aswell for simply problems. same with cats too. it might reaction allergy in home or many thing can cause the problems. good luck!!!!

Bad diet maybe, loads of things can be the problem i suggest taking him to the vet.

it could be either mites or an environmental allergy, my labrador had an environmental allergy and we had to change certain things in the house to figure out what it was that triggered it. my advice is to see your vet.

Skin mites! Get her to the vet ASAP and if you have other pets, take them too!
They are very contagious!!!!
ALso wash your hands evertime you touch her.
