I think i would make an excuse..I dont think I could tell him..I would say i hurt my mouth or something.

That is really quite gross! What would you do if you were doing that to a woman and she stank?
It would put me off going out with him for a start!!!! I would certainly not carry on and I would definitely say something. If you want to be sucked then get cleaned! YUCK!!!! and more YUCK!!!

If I was not close to him, I would tell him straight away and just walk out, but if he was really close to me like bf or husband I would move onto something else, but if it happens again then I would probably tell him, there might be something wrong.

Made me laugh though. Why did you have this experience before!
If a man was hygenic and kept clean, then he wouldn't have this problem. I've been with my bf 6 years and I've never had to tell him to go and wash.
