If this happens first of all the normal temperature will rise. All the snow will melt ,as it is happening even now.But the immediate effect will be on the delicate organisms like the icthyophis(blind worm). It will perish soon. Then next will be turn of higher animals they will all develop some mutations due to over exposure to UV rays. These may be lethal ones.Hence, slowly the life will change.Or it may be the end of earth.

It simply won't happen. The ozone hole is alarmist propaganda from global warming believers.

The Ozone hole has already repaired itself to it's previous size and is stable within normal (observed) parameters. The hole was only discovered some 50 years ago and no one knows if it even existed before then. The likelihood is that it did and fluctuated much as it has been observed to do today.

Does the hole represent something that is not busted? If so repairing it may cause a disaster! What happens if we close it and thicken the Ozone layer? A rapid fall into a new ice age!

Global warming has been shown to have serious flaws and fallen out of favour. Climate Change has now been adopted by the thinking scientists as far more Representative of what is happening.

Do not be frightened by the ecomafia - join the thinking community and see what the real climate change is all about!

Caution, good science and free and honest debate are urgently needed on this issue.

Sorry it want happen. The CFC do not eat the hole in the ozone. The ozone layer is farmed by the solar winds colliding with the magnetic field, and the beta particles are attracted to the north pole and make negative. The alpha particles are attracted to the south pole and make it positive the current flow flows in the van allan belt that protects us.

ozone layer protects our earth from harmful rays of the sun which causes serious problems not only for human beings but also for other creatures in the earth. so if the hole covers the whole earth then it is difficult for the life to exist.

I suppose it will end with some sort of global warming. They say some oceanic currents rely a lot on the amount of fresh and salt water in them, so if global warming occurs, it could end in melting many glaciers, putting to much fresh water in the currents. So, if this is true, we could have some extreme weather. Also, scientists say the earth has been having cycles of ice ages for years, you know, ice age, warm period, ice age, warm period. Well, maybe it'll go into another ice age! The movie, 'the day after tomorrow' Kinda talks about this.

Ultraviolet radiation comes charging through our atmosphere like Sherman's Army marching to Atlanta (mixed metaphor...sorry)...all the way to the surface...and we turn into Crispy Critters. OK, maybe that's exaggeration, but there will be an explosion in wonderful stuff like skin cancer, cataracts, leukemia...lovely, eh?
