I don't know what you mean or what this has to do with singles and dating. A mature person doesn't act childish to get his/her way, is independent, has a good job and is a respectible person of the community. Shows good behavior. How they relate to your career? It depends on the career. You want someone mature to work for you, or to work for.

The qualities are probably: stability, independence, no messing around (getting drunk, drugs, sleeping around or that sort), has a good set of priorites, plans for the future, responsible...
I think for a mature person to relate to your/a future career, they'll have to understand the demands of your career. They can handle it, are not afraid or threatened by competition or success and will want the best for you.

A mature person is someone who does what needs to be done with a clear and open mind.
Will take care of the things that need to be taken care of to get things done, and that includes taking care of others.
In a future career, someone who you can rely and depend on to get the job done.
