In the past two years, I have been rebonding my hair since it is very curly and frizzy. Now, the rebonding has worn off and my hair has returned back to it's original state. However, since the beginning of this year, I have noticed large amounts of hair fall and my hair dosen't seem to be growing back that fast. Also, I have very fragile and thin hair. I'm quite worried as I am only 13 years old. I have visited a doctor and he has given me pills but the pills dont seem to work. I think I may be going bald as my hair line is starting to becoming wider and bigger, help??

Well, it could be my diet, I have a strict vegan diet, however, the reason why I have one is because since I was young, whenever I was fed seafood or meat, I just vomited out, but nowadays, I have been taking in some meat, like bacon etc.

I have been taking vitamins, well vitamin B. Or do you think I should be taking other types of vitamins? Let me know.

Stress will make your hair fall out too. is there a history of baldness in your family? Your pretty young to go bald... well on the bright side kids today pay big money to get all their hair cut/shaved off. try another doctor.

Stop rebonding- embrace your curl. Your hair's structure changes completely every 7 years, and it's possible that in all of the chemical styling, you lost track of your hair's natural state. Definitely talk to a doctor again, or go for a second opinion. Think of stress and nutrition, as some foods 100% help your hair. Curly is definitely IN. Control frizz with a good conditioner and creme styler. Avoid heavy and drying products.

Multi-vitamins and sweat sweat sweat, that will promote growth. There is a line called VitaTress by Nexxus and Nioxin....these will promote growth and help keep what you have. Goes into the follicle and stimulates.
Daily massage on your scalp will help promote it as well. There may be follicle damage but it's hard to tell. Sleep on a satin pillow case as it will allow your thin hair to not get tangles so easy and pull it out! Let it get back to close to normal before doing anything else to it!
Try infrared treatments to...call around and ask salons as this can be expensive!

And vegetarian thing....go to the health store and get a vitamin strictly for vegan's they will be glad to help. Remeber to be patient as this stuff doesn't work overnight!

i believe vitamin E would be benificial.
call your doctor again and talk it over a little more. are there any other forms of medication you take that could be doing it?
or perhaps the rebonding did this to your hair?
i'm not sure, go to a proffessional.
Good Luck.

The way your hair grows has a lot to do with what you eat. Start taking vitamins. Go on-line and research which ones would be most beneficial.

You should call the doctor again.

1) Are you eating right?
2) Are you taking vitamins?

You want to rule out nutrition before you call.
