I'm sorry you feel so bad but it sounds like you are having anxiety attacks which are common. You aren't alone. What you need to do is see a therapist who you can talk with and maybe between the two of you can figure out why you have these attacks. But if they seem to happen only a week before your period it sounds like hormones also. So get going and in no time you will start feeling better. Remember others have the similar problem.

First.....you need to tell family and friends what is going on with you so they are aware of your condition and situation.
Second....go to your doctor....i know it's a pain in the butt,
but, Honey....you are talking about serious sh it here.
Depression is a killer. Ask your doctor for a 'natural' remedy
that you can try first....vitamin or herb wise. You're just coming off of a drug....you don't need to start a new one right away till the other gets cleared out of your system.
Good news. Your awareness of your condition and possibly why this is occuring is good. This will help with a diagnosis.
Remember your body is retaining water, which causes you to gain a few pounds and puts pressure on other organs, etc. which can cause depression. Don't know if you've tried something like Midol which will help eleviate the water.
Also the B-complex vitamin will give your energy and help to get
you out of the 'slumpy' feeling.
Good luck Sweetie and talk to friends, family and your doctor.

I've recently had the same problem. It go so bad i just couldn't cope. Apparently just before your period your Progesterone levels are higher and the pill contains this hormone. I'm currenlty on my 5th pill trying to find one that does not send me batty. The progesterone is the bit that messes with your head. Failing that try rescue remedy from boots and/or eveing primrose. Evening primrose apparently balances out your hormone levels.
I know how it feels, good luck.

The first thing you need is a clear diagnosis and explanation for your symptoms. I wonder if some or all originate in the inner ear, a subtle form of Meniere's disease. These include malaise as if starting flu, dizziness, imbalance, nausea, fluctuating and distorted hearing, headache, tinnitus, sensitivity to sound, feeling of pressure in the ear or head, etc . The usual cause is a drop of inner ear pressure from dehydration, weight loss, etc.

Dont listen to any of that. Dont bother going to your Dr's and getting antidepressants, they are a very dependant drug, my aunts been on them for 18 years.
Its just sounds like stress, are you a worrier? Im the same as you if you are, I worry about everything Ive been like it for about 2 years but Im getting better. The best thing to do is book a week away of just have some time to relax. you need to do some exercise as well, also you should taske St Johns Wort its herbal & quite expensive but its brilliant fo anxiety & stress. If you have trouble sleeping, heart pulpurtations, headaches or feel like your going mad then listen to me.
Good luck.

You should go to the doctors. They have discovered that some women have a more severe form of PMS called PMDD and its very treatable. Go right away why be miserable. Hope this helps
