I haven't had any head injury so far...I feel some sort of sound in my two ears at times.....Some times, my ear and nose together gets blocked for few seconds. I am working as a software professional...is it due to pressure? please answer...

Hi there !
The symptom could be due to any of these !
=psychological
=ENT problem
=neurological
If I had been in your situation, I would have finished my consultation with the best "ENT" and "NEUROLOGY" consultants .by this time After all..."better be late than never"...right ??

Sounds in the ear are called 'Tinnitus'. The causes of tinnitus are numerous. Kindly get yourself examined first by an ENT and then by a neurologist. Do not unnecessarily do any investigations like CT or so by yourself.

In the simplest of cases this could be due to lack of sleep and stress.

You sir, need to go get a cat scan VERY soon. Something is either cutting off blood supply or pressing against a nerve. You have symptoms now so it might even be too late. Get to the doctor!!

I'm no doc, but that sounds kind of like what happens to me when I have sinus issues. Maybe try some Tylenol Sinus and see if that fixes it.

do u sleep too much on that side?? it may be related to pressure. anyways it is always good to go for a CT scan
