Yahoo Pool: Is there any way to stop someone from creating multiple tables?

For Example: If someone creates 50 tables and just sits there without playing, it screws up the room. How can this be fixed?

The only way to combat this type of attack is to fight fire with fire.
You can only create two tables, but you can occupy up to nine at a time.If you team up with a friend or two, you can grab about 20 tables.
