In terms of safety profile, yes all 3 medications can be taken together. But Ofloxacin is not the antibiotic of choice for cough and cold (which are upper respiratory tract infections). Its more suited for urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection and lower respiratory tract infection. Furthermore cough and colds are usually caused by virus and thus antibiotics does not help. But if u have greenish/yellow phlegm(which is an indication of a bacterial infection), you may want to ask your dr for some amoxicillin or augmentin. That should clear u up pretty fast

Cold along with cough and fever is due to viral infection. You don't need an antibiotic. It will have no effect on the illness, which is self- limited. Take paracetamol for fever. Cetirizine is anti- allergic.
