i think the rum was a coconut rum but im not sure. i know that the pineapple juice was dole and it was just enough daquari mix to give it a pinkish red color

I think if you use a Daquari mix, your end result is a "Daquari".

It sounds to me like a "partial" Mai Tai, but missing a few ingredients.
