There a many sites here that will give your granddaughter the much-needed math work she needs...fun and educational.
As for the english....I cannot tell if you mean she is learning english as a second language or if she just needs academic english. As for the latter, reading will be a good help in general, but if you could get her english school book and math book, that would help you keep her up on her studies.

I would locate the local school my boyfriend is homeschooled and they help him and his family caught up with the rest of his class. they will also tell you who to contact so that you can get the same books that they teach from and an outline for the year. hope this helps i dont know any websites but i would contact the school if possible

www.funschool.com has a lot of great stuff. Also if you're in the US (I don't know if it's offered for other countries) there's www.cosmeo.com that one costs like 15 per month but it is set up to where what's on it's site is what's being done in school.
