I am very busy in the morning, now I am thinking of working out at night to build muscle. Will it affect the effectiveness of building up of muscle?

I have tried it before, and I have no problem sleeping after that, but I just want to confirm the effectiveness of building up of muscle with this method.

Can anyone give me explicit explanation on this? thanks

there have been researches done on what time of day suits best but the results weren't conclusive and based on questionable data.

One would say in the mornings because thats when testosterone levels with a male are the highest. You'd have to build up your calories- and proteins intake before the work out to have sufficient energy. Eating just before training is BAD, so you'd have to make sure to eat approx. 2 hours in advance.

The further away a work out session is from the morning, the less effective it is considered. I do believe the effect is micro-minimal.

However, muscles grow when you're resting , NOT when you're working out. So that leads me to believe that no matter WHEN you train, muscles will grow as long as you stick to the right diet and work out program. A good nights rest will take care of the growing...

If you had to list the factors in order of importance it would be:

1 - Nutrition/food
2 - Work-out program
3 - Resting
4 - Time of day

Its important to know how old you're, your weight, height and job (daily activities). With this info a fitness coach can tell you how much calories and proteins you need to take in order to gain muscles. This is the right way of doing it...

The shakes, and many others. are beside the point. The 2 primary elements are the frame you have been born with and your degree of dedication. I cannot support you along with your frame, you're what you're. Commitment; six days every week, 2 hours an afternoon. Do hand weights and aerobic everday. Build up a sweat and do not allow it dry. Hand weights are so much larger than machines considering they drive you to make use of your complete frame as a substitute setting apart precise muscle mass.
