G'day Jumpy,

First off, are you excersizing more? Working more? Ended a relationship?

Feeling hungry could be a sign that you are not eating the right foods at the right time. Consider what you are eating before going into "Panic Mode"

Do something simple like Eating Breakfast, then have a low fat nutrition bar snack around 10 am or so, grab a small chicken meal (small meal not a small chicken, hahaha) at around midday and another snack in the afternoon.

18 years olds have bucket loads of energy but they need good food to replenish.

Start with having a look at what you are eating.

Eat better, worry less.

Good Luck

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It seems normal, but check out for diabetics, if there is family history. Eat well, but do run, walk, play good games to boost your cheer at the same time give you exercise! aerobics, slimming exercises etc.

Go ahead and eat...Just don't over do it!!! If you are that worried about it go see the doctor and see about getting your blood sugar checked to make sure that it is ok.
