I accidentally updated The Norton Anti VIrus and after that happenned it change my IP address i cant get on the internet cuz my IP addressed Changed so i gave sbc yahoo a call for help they told me i needed to contact Norton, so that didnt help much cuz Norton charges for customer service, what a Joke! I tried calling SBC 2 more times one person told me to uninstall the Norton Anti Virus from my pc so i did and they really dont know what im talking about, Am I making sense? so how can i solve this IP address and DHCP thing i cant figure out!. it only seems to be this other computer that's not allowing me to use the Int Explrer or log on to Yahoo, this PC im on now works great the router, modem everything ! does anyone have any answers? i would appreciate it thanks!

sounds to me like the firewall update just blocked your explorer ... you could have gone into the configuration of Norton and allowed your browser access .... Norton is renound for this type of behaviour
Get rid of it and go with Zone Labs Zone Alarm and AVG Free
