there r enough humans and enough blood for now.. so v r feeding animals once we get selfish enough to donate blood.

contains different antibodies, platelets etc that human bodys could react to. However, other "animal fluids" are prettty safe. Take insulin. Bovine insulin from their pancreas was used before modern technology was used to create genetically produced insulin for diabetics. Hearts from pigs can be transplanted, into humans, but blood is just different

Blood serum is extracted from animals and used for preparing vaccines.moreover sometimes certain antigens are injected in animals and the antibodies produced are retrieved and used for humans.So animal blood is also useful to humans.

Animals and humans have different DNAs therefore the blood will be rejected when it is transfuse to one another.
